Our Policy

As all Puzzle Pups products are made to order, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind or incorrect sizing. Please check our size guides carefully before ordering.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll make it right! Simply contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at support@puzzlepup.com with:

• Your order number
• A photo of the issue

We'll arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
